1. The surface of the cabinet is clean

1) Surface cleaning of the operating area: first wipe the entire surface with a soft cotton cloth soaked in concentrated soap solution, then use another cotton cloth or towel soaked in clean hot water or warm water to wipe off the soap foam, and then use a dry cloth or Dry the towel quickly. If the surface of the operation area is contaminated or has traces, wipe it clean with medical alcohol or other disinfectants. The disinfectant used must not damage 304 stainless steel.

2) External surface and glass door cleaning: Use a non-abrasive household cleaner and wipe it with a soft cotton cloth or towel.

2. Maintenance method

(1) Daily or weekly maintenance

1) Disinfection and cleaning of the operation area.

2) Clean the external surface and glass door around the operating area.

3) Check whether the various functions of the equipment are abnormal.

4) Keep a record of this maintenance.

(2) Monthly maintenance

1) Clean the external surface and glass door.

2) The work surface of the equipment, the wall surface of the operation area (excluding the operation area uniform wind net), and the inner surface of the glass door should be wiped with 70% medical alcohol or household bleach diluted 1:100, and then wiped with sterile water Repeat to remove residual chlorine.

3) Check whether the various functions of the equipment are abnormal.

4) Keep a record of this maintenance.

(3) Annual maintenance

1) Check that the tightness of the front glass door driving device is consistent.

2) Check the UV tube and fluorescent tube.

3) Apply for testing the overall performance of the clean workbench every year to ensure the safety of the clean workbench.

4) Filter leakage test.

5) Record this maintenance.

Precautions

1. The clean workbench should be placed in a clean, dust-less room, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the high-efficiency filter.

2. Avoid the influence of external wind speed, electromagnetic field, vibration, etc. during measurement.

3. Do not place unnecessary items in the workbench during use to avoid obstructing the air circulation.

4. It can be used after turning on the fan and running for at least 10 minutes. If it is used directly after turning on, the operation surface has not yet reached the purification requirements.

5. After each use, it is necessary to clean the work surface and the four walls, and regularly wipe with disinfectant.
