  • Q What about the technical support and maintenance?

    A We have after sales service team for our products. If the customer need, our engineer will provide timely online service. We will provide users solution or operation video. If customer requirements, we can also sent our engineer to customer place for installation and provide training. 
    If there any parts are broken during warranty period, we would like to provide spare parts for free, the customer only bear the shipping cost.

  • Q How to solve the disputes between BIOBASE and customers during the after-sales maintenance?

    A We will be customer-oriented,and make concessions in some principles , we will properly handle the disputes to maximize customer's satisfaction.

  • Q How about BIOBASE delivery time?

    A Generally it will take 7-15 workdays after receiving deposit.
    International shipment will take about 30 days.
